Booking Conditions
Reservations made are subject to accommodation availability and payment confirmation. To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the respective payment, as provided for each accommodation. The values for reservation fees, deposits, cleaning fees or others are those announced at any time on each accommodation page.
Payment options
Payment for reservations can be made using an American Express, Visa, Euro/MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club. For other payment methods, contact us.
Pre check-in
Upon completion of the reservation, the reservation holder will receive an email and/or an SMS from Quinta do Ribeiro confirming the reservation and with important explanations about the accommodation.
Cancellation
Conditions After booking confirmation, the following fees will apply in case of cancellation:
a) The guest will pay 50% of the total reservation value, in case of cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
b) The guest will pay 100% of the total value of the reservation, in case of cancellation less than 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
Conditions of stay
The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old and must remain in the reserved accommodation throughout the stay.
Guests under the age of 18 can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult who is the reservation holder.
The reservation holder must provide a valid address, telephone number and email address. No pets (of any breed, size or age) are allowed in the accommodation at Quinta do ribeiro. Quinta do ribeiro reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid if any animal is found inside.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Pursuant to subparagraph a) of paragraph 1 of article 45 of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement, the accommodation of foreign citizens must be communicated to the SEF, meaning all those who do not have Portuguese nationality. For the purposes of the previous paragraph, all guests with foreign nationality must provide all information relating to their identification, up until the check-in date, through the Accommodation Bulletin.
Additional services
Quinta do ribeiro may provide additional services to guests, such as private transfers, cleaning and laundry services, cots, tickets to various tourist attractions, breakfast.
All additional services are made upon request and are subject to confirmation of availability. Quinta do ribeiro is not responsible for any services provided by external suppliers.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3pm. Guests must inform their desired check-in time so that a member of the Quinta do ribeiro team can be present.
Check-out takes place until 11:00 am and all guests must leave the accommodation by the scheduled time. A fee of €30 will be charged for late check-out.
Cleaning, sheets and towels
The accommodation will be cleaned before guests arrive.
The Quinta do Ribeiro service includes a set of towels and bed linen. Guests must keep the accommodation as organized and clean as possible, leaving it, at check-out, in the best clean conditions so that Quinta do ribeiro can receive the next guest.
Guests must not leave rubbish inside the accommodation, next to the door or outside the building door (when applicable), and must use the rubbish bins outside designated for this purpose.
Noise, Illegal activity, Security Under the law, the night rest period is between 10pm and 8am, so guests must maintain silence. Reservations for illegal or immoral activities are not accepted.
The guest whose name is in the reservation confirmation email will be responsible for the behavior of the entire group and agrees to avoid any and all illegal activities.
Guests are primarily responsible for their own safety during their stay at Quinta do Ribeiro. Guests must listen to any instructions or explanations provided by Quinta do ribeiro during check-in.
